Children aged 6 - 24 months

Monday to Saturday Morning Classes only
Maximum 8 per class
Our Duckling class focuses on building water awareness and confidence in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. Through games, songs, exercises, and positive interaction between the child, parent, and instructor, little ones are gently introduced to the water. For children aged 12 months and older, flotation aids are used to support recreational play and comfort in the water.

CHILDREN 2 TO 3 YEARS OLD

Our Seahorse class is designed for students who are new to swimming lessons or feel nervous in the water. It follows the same curriculum as our Starfish level but takes place in the 5-metre wading pool. This smaller, shallower space helps ease children into the water, making their first experience safe, gentle, and enjoyable.

Maximum 4 per class
The purpose of this class is to develop water confidence, survival skills and coordination. Children are introduced to floating; streamline, dog paddle, submerging, back sculling and the ability to jump in and return to the side. Aids are provided for the safety of the children.

Monday to Friday Afternoons
Introduction to the fundamental skills of Freestyle and Backstroke. Children are able to swim without flotation aids.

Saturday Mornings
The purpose of this class is to improve Freestyle and Backstroke technique, as well as improving diving starts. Introduction to Breaststroke kick and tumble turns.

Monday to Friday Afternoons
Thursday Early mornings 6:00am & 6:30am
Saturday Mornings
Ongoing development of Freestyle, Backstroke and Breaststroke and fundamentals of Butterfly.

Monday to Friday Afternoons
Tuesday & Thursday Early mornings 6:00am
Saturday Mornings
Increases endurance of Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly. Taught race starts and finishes.

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Mornings at 6:00am and Saturday mornings at 7:00am
Bronze Squad introduces students to speed training for competitive racing and focuses on increasing stamina. It is recommended for Bronze students to swim more than once per week.

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Mornings at 6:00am and Saturday mornings at 7:00am
Silver Squads are for the dedicated competitive swimmer or for those that want to maintain their fitness.
Students in Silver Squad are recommended to swim more than twice per week.
