Lap Swimming- CLOSED FOR 2020
We have made the executive decision to hold Lap swimming for the remainder of 2020, Due to COVID-19 restrictions and regulations.
C&M Aquatic Centre is a private swimming pool strictly for lessons only. Lap swimming is only offered between the hours of 9.30am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday. These times may change due to school group bookings. Please enquire at reception for updated times and availability.
Aquanatal
Exercise for an active healthy pregnancy. This class will not be running for Term 3, 2020
Aquanatal is a unique combination of water fitness and birth preparation classes run by qualified midwives and health professionals. The classes are a fun, safe, water-based form of exercise specifically designed for pregnancy and postnatal recovery. For more information click here.
